If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a refund, please send an email with the contact form with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for refund request
Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on the refund process.
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account.
Once the request is approved, your serial number will be deactivated.
