Generate realistic routes in seconds
Create a complete flight plan for X-Plane simply by selecting your departure and destination airports. XPFlightPlanner automatically generates an optimized route using the current navigation database while giving you full control over every segment. Published procedures are seamlessly integrated into the planning process, allowing you to select and modify SIDs, STARs and instrument approaches directly within your route. The resulting flight plan includes a detailed navigation log, making it easy to review every waypoint, airway and procedure before departure.
Interactive aviation maps
Explore the worldwide navigation database through an interactive aviation map. Visualize airports, navaids, waypoints, airways, procedures and airspaces, then edit your route directly on the map. Optional weather overlays help you understand current conditions and better prepare your flight. Once connected to X-Plane simulator, the moving map follows your aircraft in real time, displaying your position, route and surrounding navigation information throughout the flight.
Airport charts at your fingertips
XPFlightPlanner includes integrated airport charts, giving you quick access to airport layouts and instrument procedures without leaving the application. Having charts available alongside your flight plan makes it easier to prepare departures, arrivals and approaches while reducing the need to switch between multiple tools.
Export to your favorite simulator and services
